Breathing is the simplest way back to yourself. When thoughts get loud, the body knows the way.

This exercise calms the nervous system through rhythmic breathing. Choose a technique and breathe with the circle — it shows you when to inhale, when to hold, when to exhale. Takes about 5 minutes.

How it works

Box breathing (4-4-4-4)

Inhale 4 seconds → hold 4 s → exhale 4 s → hold 4 s. Balances the nervous system, reduces anxiety. Suitable for daily use.

4-7-8 breathing

Inhale 4 seconds → hold 7 s → slow exhale 8 s. Activates the parasympathetic system. Helps with acute anxiety or before sleep.

A comfortable position
Sit or lie down. Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Place a hand on your chest or belly.

Silence or music
Put on a quiet playlist or simply leave silence. The main thing — remove outside distractions.
3–5 minutes
Even 3 minutes of daily breathing is enough to feel a difference within a week.
