Feeling of Life is a free space of support: music, breathing exercises, grounding and contemplation practices. Using it requires no registration, no payment and no data about you. By coming here, you agree to these terms.

The most important thing: this is not medical care

This site is support, not treatment. It is not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace a consultation with a doctor, a psychotherapist or a psychiatrist. The practices on the site are widely known self-support techniques, not prescribed treatment.

If things are very bad and you're having thoughts of harming yourself — please seek professional help: your doctor, your local psychological support line, or the emergency number 112. The ecosystem includes the Crisis Navigator, with contacts for support services.

The decisions you make based on the content of this site remain your decisions. The author bears no responsibility for the consequences of using, or being unable to use, the site.

All the music, lyrics, titles, design and content of the site belong to the author — Andrii Stadnik — and are protected by copyright. The music from the feeling-of-life.com catalogue is provided here for free personal listening — this is a deliberate social choice.

Supporting the project (donations)
